Shipping policy

Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, and shipped Australia-wide from Sydney, NSW, by Australia Post with your choice of Standard or Express services.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders $100 and above in value.
  • For orders below $100, a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping applies.
  • For express shipping on orders of any value, a flat rate of $25 applies.

Please note that additional charges may exceptionally be applied in the case of delivery to remote locations.

We regret we are currently unable to ship to customers outside Australia.  (However you can still shop on our webstore if you live overseas and want to send KAPLA® to your friends and family living in Australia).

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or combined with another order.

Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address and instructions, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay as a result of incorrect delivery details being supplied, and any arrangements around returns or redelivery in these circumstances will be at your cost.

Delivery time frames are beyond our control, and will vary according to delivery location, seasonality, and the delivery service selected.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays or service challenges being experienced by our third-party fulfilment and shipping service providers.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your delivery.  We recommend you use this link to monitor your order's delivery status and ETA, as well as for providing the delivery service with any special instructions (e.g. 'leave in a safe place'), which will be your responsibility.
